登錄印度新德里,2017年3月21日,印度領(lǐng)先在線旅游app平臺(tái)ixigo.com宣布獲得由印度紅杉資本領(lǐng)投、復(fù)星昆仲跟投的1500萬(wàn)美元的B輪融資。本次融資完成后,ixigo.com將進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化團(tuán)隊(duì)實(shí)力,擴(kuò)大品牌影響力,加強(qiáng)公司在移動(dòng)旅游搜索及預(yù)訂方面的技術(shù)領(lǐng)軍地位。
此輪融資完成后,ixigo創(chuàng)始人兼CEO Aloke Bajpai表示,“隨著智能手機(jī)的普及,航空、酒店業(yè)強(qiáng)勁擴(kuò)張,印度在線旅游市場(chǎng)正處于突破性增長(zhǎng)的尖端。Ixigo.com在移動(dòng)領(lǐng)域一直處于領(lǐng)先地位,近80%的用戶和68%的交易都來(lái)自智能手機(jī)。我們希望能為每個(gè)印度旅行者提供值得信賴地個(gè)性化旅行建議,我們很幸運(yùn)此次攜手印度紅杉資本和復(fù)星昆仲,共同努力實(shí)現(xiàn)我們的愿景。”
此次投資ixigo.com也是復(fù)星集團(tuán)VC團(tuán)隊(duì)——復(fù)星昆仲在印度的第一個(gè)投資項(xiàng)目。

在過(guò)去的12個(gè)月中,ixigo.com的用戶月度活躍數(shù)達(dá)到900萬(wàn),交易收入增長(zhǎng)了四倍。去年,ixigo.com推出了印度首個(gè)基于個(gè)人旅行的AI助手——ixibaba。
New Delhi, 21th March 2017 - ixigo, India’s leading travel search app has raised $15 Million (INR 100 crores) in its Series B round, led by Sequoia Capital India, with participation from Fosun Kinzon Capital, the investment arm of Chinese conglomerate Fosun International. ixigo will utilize the funds raised in this round towards strengthening its team, expanding its brand awareness, and reinforcing its technology leadership in mobile travel search & booking.
Announcing the fundraise, ixigo CEO & Co-Founder, Aloke Bajpai said - “The online travel market in India is on the cusp of breakout growth due to the smartphone revolution and strong expansion in the aviation and hospitality sectors. ixigo has been leading from the front on mobile with nearly 80% of our users and 68% of our transactions now originating on smartphones. Our vision is to empower every Indian traveller with trustworthy & personalized travel recommendations, and we are fortunate to partner with Sequoia Capital & Fosun International Kinzon Capital to work towards that vision.”
This deal also marks the first VC investment by Chinese conglomerate Fosun International in India.

In the last 12 months, ixigo has tripled its monthly user base to 9 million MAUs, and has grown its transactional revenue four-fold. Last year, ixigo launched ixibaba, the first AI-based personal travel assistant for Indians.
